FixThisPhoto.com ("Service") is a photo enhancement service that helps users fix common photo issues such as harsh lighting, low light conditions, and dull colors.

By using our Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Payment & Pricing

• The current price per photo edit is $0.99 USD
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe
• You will only be charged after successfully uploading your photo and selecting your preferences
• Prices may change at any time without prior notice

3. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our Service. If you are not happy with the result:

• Contact us within 7 days of your purchase
• We offer full refunds, no questions asked
• To request a refund, reply to your confirmation email or contact us at info@fixthisphoto.com

Note: If your photo is blocked by our safety system, your card will not be charged.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to upload:

• Illegal content
• Explicit or adult content
• Content that violates others' privacy or intellectual property rights
• Content intended to harm, harass, or deceive others

We reserve the right to refuse service and ban users who violate these terms.

5. Content & Data

• You retain all rights to your uploaded photos
• Your photos and results are automatically deleted after 24 hours
• We do not share your photos with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service

6. Communications

By providing your email address, you agree to receive transactional emails (order confirmations, download links) and occasional promotional emails about our Service. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link or contacting us.

7. Service Limitations

• Results may vary depending on the original photo quality
• Some photos may be rejected by our safety system (false positives can occur)
• We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes
• The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
